Good hospitality projects begin with aligned interests.
Jefferson works with hotel owners, developers, investors, landowners and institutions where our development, operating and asset-management capability can improve the quality and long-term performance of an opportunity.
We invest where we can contribute more than capital.
More than capital.
Operating capability.
Jefferson approaches hospitality investment from an operator’s perspective.
We are most interested in opportunities where development expertise, hospitality management, brand creation, asset oversight and operating capability can materially influence the outcome.
That may mean developing a new hospitality asset, repositioning an existing property, entering a management partnership, participating alongside an asset owner or supporting an investor through the operating lifecycle.
Our objective is simple: align capital, asset and operator around a hospitality business capable of performing over the long term.
Six ways to work with Jefferson.
