Ivy Lush Hotel, Warri
The first Ivy Lush property — a boutique lifestyle hotel in Warri with guest rooms and suites, a restaurant, Café Viento, a lounge, a private cinema and a pool terrace, developed and operated by Jefferson.
The Hotel
Guests arrive to a lobby lounge set on a bold geometric marble floor, with a grand piano and warm timber joinery. The restaurant and Café Viento carry the same palette of fluted timber, display shelving and patterned floors.
Upstairs, rooms and suites pair crisp white linen with graphic headboard panels and deep timber tones, while a private cinema and a pool terrace framed by red arches give the hotel its lifestyle character.
Jefferson’s Role
Jefferson developed and executed the project and operates the hotel. The complete furniture, FF&E and OS&E package was delivered on a fully turnkey basis by ADO International — from guestroom furniture and bespoke joinery to procurement, logistics, installation, dressing and handover.
Ivy Lush Warri is the foundation for the Ivy Lush Hotels brand, now expanding to Agbor.
